This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of information that may be collected any time you interact with the Pangolio “Service” (e.g. when you visit our website, use our apps, communicate with Pangolio support, etc.).

Pangolio undertakes all common and reasonable precautions to protect user information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

When paying via credit card, your name and email address is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. None of the personal information Pangolio collects will be shared with third parties, unless you have explicitly agreed to it, or if Pangolio is required to do so by law.

Device (non-personal) Information

Pangolio collects and stores license and device-specific information (such as device ID, device type, manufacturer operating system type, app version) in order to manage user licenses and provide basic account management features to Pangolio users. We also store the resource IDs that are linked to specific licenses.

Automatically-Captured Information

Pangolio collects a range of non-personal log information for the purposes of monitoring, debugging, and improving the Service. Pangolio also makes use of third party software provided by Crashlytics to aid in better handling app crashes. We also have an automated notification system configured that utilizes the services of PaperTrail and Slack to allow us to respond quickly to crashes on the Pangolio web platform. The Pangolio web platform also makes use of “cookies” in order to provide its Service. The third-party software and services that are used by Pangolio are listed in the 3rd Party Integrations section.

None of the logging data is shared with unrelated third parties unless Pangolio is required to do so by law.
